Hi Ely,Yes, the plugin will be free when I release it, but the designs (templates) will be charged for.About 3-4 months ago (?), I sent you and another person the plugin with all the current templates for you to have a play with. It must have ended up in your spam box as I didn’t hear back from you.It doesn’t matter anyway as I’m not happy with the way it works when you want to create your own templates – it’s too still too complicated. I want template creation using existing HTML templates to be SIMPLE and at the moment you need both design (CSS) and PHP skills to do it and you can only really do it from a PSD. That’s no good.I want to be able to take any HTML template from my library, add some standard code in header and footer, place some tags and save. It HAS to be that simple. At the moment I can’t do it myself so that part of it is a non-starter.Now I have a new dev on board who is also a designer, I’ve asked him if he wants to be the resident expert on the plugin template format and he says a definite YES! So things should start to move on that front once I’ve got him to do the MST007 conversion that we’re all waiting for.Watch this space.-Frank

Hi Kathleen,Aha! Great minds think alike. The Halloween spend is an interesting one, I hadn’t heard that. Interesting in that what’s really a very old religious occasion displacing a relatively new one.And yes, Mother’s day, Father’s day etc, and maybe also Independence day? And here in the UK we also have another one on November 5th called Bonfire Night or Guy Fawkes Night depending on your preference to celebrate the Houses of Parliament NOT being blown up in the Gunpowder Plot. Lots of fireworks, baked potatoes, roast chestnuts, hot dogs, that kind of thing, but it’s not a holiday. Coming so close to Halloween it’s still a very big spend time though and I think psychologically it gets people in the “spending mood” for Christmas.Ah, another one, but we don’t have it here – Thanksgiving – but I guess you could use some of the Christmas designs for that? Maybe? I don’t enough about that part of your culture. -Frank
