Try Vegusto vegan cheeses. They are so deiloicus, you won't even notice that you have given up dairy cheese. A good vegan cook book like The Complete Guide to Vegan Food Substitutions by Celine Steen and Joni Marie Newman will give information about what to use instead of eggs for binding, leavening, etc. in recipes for cakes, biscuits, quiches, etc. I have found this book very good as it gives lots of deiloicus recipes using vegan substitutes for eggs and even tells you how you can adapt and veganise conventional recipies calling for eggs. If you like egg yolks as an ingredient there is a new product called Vegg , which I have purchased, but, I have to admit, have not yet tried. There are rave' reviews for it, though.
