| Sandy,The lady in the video is my wife, she’s a total hottie. We have two btiueaful daughters (Our 2 year old does the workouts with us… lol)… so it has been a little more difficult for her to be consistent (although she has only missed 3 days and one of those was a recovery day). But she is doing awesome. She has already lost a few pounds. Perhaps I can talk her into writing a few posts from a ladies perspective.My results are great so far. I am definitely getting in way better shape. My goal is to tone up because I do not really have extra weight to lose. BUT, I am soft and undefined. So my goal is to firm up and get some definition. So with that it is hard to tell this early, but I feel way stronger getting through the workouts now then when I started. |
