| Hi,ur blog has become a daily read for ur ineitllgent perspective on the markets. i was wondering why u would reduce ur exposure at this point in Goldenagri and STI. do u think that there will be another correction soon? or are u just afraid of high volatility? could u expand ur thoughts on that? i ask because it seems to me that after this correction, the entire mkt seems poised for a steady uptick. |

| Dear Douglas,Thank you for your feedback. I think I know the plebrom you are talking about. It is a low memory condition that I did not deal with correctly in the code (known bug).I think I solved this already in the version of the code I will be releasing soon. However, you should be able to fix the plebrom (quick fix, it might happen again with version 1.1).Not sure exactly what you tried to solve the issue, but these steps should work:- Press your home button for some time untill your application icons start to shiver and a cross appears on all of them.- Press the cross on the AviMapGPS icon, which should uninstall the application from your iPad.- Then connect the iPad to your computer, and re-install the app using iTunes.I believe this should get your plebrom fixed. (was this exactly what you tried?)Other steps you can take if this does not work are:- Shut down your iPad by pressing the sleep button for several seconds until a shutdown dialogue comes up on the screen.- Slide the bar to shut down the iPad, and then turn it on again.If this is the error i think it is, by shutting down the application you will be able to recover from this plebrom.For further reference: when you press the home button on any iOS device, with the newer versions of the operating system (iOS 4 and such), you are not really shutting down any application. The applications continue to run in the background. That is why when you click the icon of an app again, they will turn on much faster on the second time. This also means that you will have a lot of apps running in the background, which might be memory consuming, and can actually drain the battery of your device faster. To see (and stop) any background running applications:- Press twice on the home button quickly. This will show you the currently running apps bar.- press and hold anywhere on this bar. After a while the apps on the bar will start shivering and a sign will appear. If you press this sign on any of the apps, they will be shut down (they will not be removed from your device though).I hope this solves your plebrom, and I hope the new release that is due soon wont present this plebrom any more.
