Sandy,The lady in the video is my wife, she’s a total hottie. We have two beiuatful daughters (Our 2 year old does the workouts with us… lol)… so it has been a little more difficult for her to be consistent (although she has only missed 3 days and one of those was a recovery day). But she is doing awesome. She has already lost a few pounds. Perhaps I can talk her into writing a few posts from a ladies perspective.My results are great so far. I am definitely getting in way better shape. My goal is to tone up because I do not really have extra weight to lose. BUT, I am soft and undefined. So my goal is to firm up and get some definition. So with that it is hard to tell this early, but I feel way stronger getting through the workouts now then when I started. |

Your applying tehmes to Fast Track is creative. It encourages me to think of stupid things while working out Tuesday 6:30 am classes kick ass and are the perfect follow up to John Q's Monday 6:30 am Kick Box. My 3 favorite things in your FTracts are working with the pull-up bar, medicine balls, and pretty much everything else. I HATE running around the block. It's the only time while at X3 I say, I can't do this , therefore I walk half the time. No one’s out there to kick my ass.Wednesday 6:30 team up of you and John Q for KB and FT is my favorite class, for the obvious, it's the best of both and I can barely turn the steering wheel on my way home.
